About

 Fordel Partners facilitates targeted introductions connecting fund managers and institutional investors. What we believe sets us apart is our decades of experience across a wide spectrum of investments over multiple market cycles and our deep level of conversations with limited partners.


We are complementary to an investment manager’s existing marketing efforts in the most important part of the process; obtaining meetings.


In addition to assisting asset managers in their capital raise, we connect investors with unique co-investment opportunities and can also assist in sourcing any financing needs. 


While we have contacts globally, our primary focus will be on North American investors. We are affiliated with Calamar Financial Group, LLC, member FINRA and SIPC.

Jon Olstein

Jon began his career as an equity trader at PaineWebber & Co. in 1991. Jon then ran a portfolio of equities, convertible bonds and options at a hedge fund, Victoire Capital. In 2004 he transitioned into capital introduction at Deutsche Bank. Starting in 2010, Jon held senior marketing positions at Waterstone Capital and Monroe Capital. Jon lives in New Jersey and holds the Series 7, 63 and SIE registrations with FINRA.

Greg Eagan

Greg began his career in Mortgage Sales & Trading in 1990 at Prudential Securities. He then went on to hold senior marketing positions at Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. Then beginning in 2008, Greg held senior level marketing roles at Alpine Associates, Prophet Capital and Azafran Capital. Greg lives in NYC and holds the Series 7, 63 and SIE registrations with FINRA. 

Jon and Greg have over 30 years each of industry experience across various strategies such as structured credit, credit, private debt, VC, equities and convertible bonds. 


We serve as a complementary part of your marketing efforts, 

while not competing with your internal team.
